At the 2024 Super Bowl, the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs will battle it out for the end zone.
But another celebrity on the pitch this evening: Usher.
The eight-time Grammy winner performed for 13 minutes at the Super Bowl halftime show on February 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
The performance also featured guests. Alicia Keys participated in their well-known duet "My Boo." H.E.R. performed on guitar, accompanied by backup vocalists and roller skaters.
Lil Jon, Ludacris, and Will.i.am appeared on "Yeah."
In November 2023, Usher told TODAY.com that he wanted to inject "magic" into his brief appearance in front of tens of thousands of live fans and over 100 million
Now think about this," he told TODAY.com. "Those 12 minutes (of this interview) are how long the Super Bowl moment will be.
I get to fit all of that into those magical 13 minutes."
This is the "Yeah!" singer's second Super Bowl participation, following his 2011 guest appearance with the Black Eyed Peas, where he played his song "Omg.
