Kansas City Chiefs wideout injured at practice days before Super Bowl

The Kansas City Chiefs added a wide receiver to their injured list on Thursday following an incident during practice

The Chiefs have one more practice this week, on Friday, as they prepare to face the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl.

The Chiefs are likely to return two wide receivers, Kadarius Toney and Skyy Moore.

They are expected to rule out offensive lineman Joe Thuney for the Super Bowl.

The Chiefs had a scare on their injury report when they listed wide receiver Rashee Rice with an ankle injury.

Rice did not have an ailment reported on the Wednesday injury report.

According to Patrick K. Flowers of Bleacher Report, Rice was stepped on during practice on Wednesday. Rice had to undergo medical attention for his injury.

Head coach Andy Reid stated that Rice was "all right" after receiving medical attention.

Fortunately for the Chiefs, it appears that Rice will be fine for the game. We'll have a better notion of his status after Friday's practice.
