Former Michigan employee Doug Mallory is joining the Baltimore Ravens as a defensive backs coach, according to Matt Zenitz of 247Sports.
Following three seasons as Jim Harbaugh's defensive analyst, he will now play for John Harbaugh in the NFL.
Mallory's time at Ann Arbor included witnessing the Wolverines scare collegiate offenses. In an unbeaten season that culminated in a national championship, they gave up just 247 yards per game.
From his beginnings as an Indiana graduate assistant in 1988, Mallory has worked as a coach at several different locations.
